TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual and All Clear Exterior Cleaning regarding the use of our website and services. By using our website and requesting a quote, You agree to the following :-

  1. By booking All Clear Exterior  Cleaning you accept our terms and conditions of trading.

     

  2. You agree to give 2 weeks notice if you intend to cancel our services.

     

  3. We require 3 days notice for cancellation of an individual clean.

     

  4. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean being completed.

     

  5. Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of services being completed. Failure to do so may result in termination of our services and your debt being passed onto our debt recovery partners.

     

  6. The methods we use to clean your windows means we are able to clean in most weathers including rain and low temperatures and still leave you with great results. Extreme weather may mean your clean will have to be rescheduled.

     

  7. If your requirements change, i.e. adding additional windows to the property or changing the cleaning frequency, a new quotation may be required.

     

  8. We will always aim to clean all windows, but if we deem any window to be inaccessible, these will be left.

     

  9. We must have access to the rear of the property, i.e. all gates must be unlocked unless other methods of entry have been agreed. If you have provided us with a mobile number, we will send an SMS the evening before reminding you to unlock gates etc, but the full agreed price will be charged if we then cannot gain access to any part of the property.

     

  10. Safety is of paramount importance to us, we request that small children and pets be enclosed in the safety of the house for the duration of the clean.

     

  11. We always work within the current Health & Safety legislation, but if we deem any conditions unfit or hazardous then work will not continue until conditions are improved.

     

  12. Any future price increases will be at our discretion, but you will be notified in writing beforehand.

     

  13. Insurance - we are covered for public liability unto £1,000,000.

     

  14. We reserve the right to change our Terms & Conditions without notice.
